Shipping Info All orders received prior to 12:00 p.m.Eastern Time, will be processed the same day. Next-Day Air and Second-Day Air shipments do NOT include weekends or holidays. Shipping and handling charges are per item within the continental U.S. and the type of service desired. All orders are shipped out the next business day unless a later ship date is requested.
New York residents must also add 8.5% sales tax to total order (incl. shipping). Various Shippers: The various shippers we use cannot deliver to post office boxes. Product Substitution: In the rare instances when demand outstrips supply of a particular item in a gift basket, we reserve the right to replace that item with an item of equal or greater value at no extra charge to you. Bows, ribbons and wrappers may change to reflect holiday themes. Claims: All claims for damaged goods must be reported immediately to the carrier within 24 hours of receipt, and to us within 48 hours of receipt of goods. No returns or refunds will be accepted unless you first obtain a "Return Authorization Number" and instructions for returning merchandise by calling 516-256-1738 during normal business hours. We will authorize the shipping company to pickup and return merchandise at our expense after you have obtained a Return Authorization Number. |
